KR Auto Detailing – Terms of Use
At KR Auto Detailing, we’re committed to delivering a premium, professional service with the highest level of care and attention. To ensure a smooth process and consistent results, we ask that all clients take a moment to review the following terms before booking.
All bookings are secured with a deposit, payable by bank transfer. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service package selected or the level of work required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice so we can manage our schedule fairly and efficiently for all clients.
Extra charges may apply for vehicles that are heavily soiled, including those affected by pet hair, mud, mould, vomit, or blood. Please notify us before booking if this applies to your vehicle, and where possible, provide a few photos so we can give an accurate estimate and allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of service. If any of the above conditions apply and were not disclosed in advance, full booking charges may still be applicable.
