MAINTENANCE DETAIL TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for enrolling in and participating in the KR AUTO DETAILING Maintenance Program. By joining the Program, clients agree to comply with these Terms and confirm their understanding of the benefits, obligations, and responsibilities described here.

2. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

  • To qualify for the Maintenance Program, clients must first complete a Deep Clean detail service at the standard rate.

  • After the initial Deep Clean detail service is completed, clients can choose to join the Maintenance Program and enjoy the benefits of discounted pricing on future maintenance detailing services.

  • Clients must comply with all Program requirements to remain enrolled and retain eligibility for ongoing benefits.

3. Maintenance Schedule and Frequency

  • Maintenance detailing must be scheduled and completed within a 4-8 week interval after the initial Deep Clean detail service.

  • Failure to maintain the required interval (i.e., exceeding 8 weeks between maintenance services) will result in the termination of Program eligibility. Clients who miss this window must complete a new Deep Clean detail service at the standard rate to re-enter the Program.

  • Clients must complete a minimum of two consecutive maintenance details to requalify for Program benefits, including discounts and add-ons.

4. Scheduling and Appointment Policy

  • Maintenance detailing services must be scheduled in advance, with a minimum of one week’s notice to ensure availability.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is available at the agreed-upon time and location for the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Program Benefits

  • After completing two consecutive maintenance details, clients will be eligible for one of the following benefits:

    • A 20% discount on larger detailing packages.

      OR

    • Free add-on as specified by KR AUTO DETAILING.

  • Clients must continue to meet the maintenance schedule requirements to retain eligibility for ongoing benefits.

6. Service Pricing

  • The Maintenance Program provides exclusive pricing for enrolled clients, offering discounted rates on selected packages.

  • Pricing for maintenance services will depend on the type and condition of the vehicle, as well as the time needed to complete the service. Detailed pricing information will be provided during the initial Deep Clean detail service.

  • Rates may vary depending on the size, condition, or other factors that impact the scope of the detailing service. Clients will be informed of any pricing changes prior to the next scheduled service.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment for all services is due at the time of service completion.

  • KR AUTO DETAILING accepts payments by cash or approved digital payment methods.

  • Outstanding payments must be settled in full before additional services will be provided.

8. Termination Of Program

KR AUTO DETAILING reserves the right to terminate a client’s participation in the Maintenance Program under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to adhere to the required maintenance schedule (i.e. , missing the 4-8 week interval)

  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling without proper notice.

  • Non-payment or failure to meet financial obligations as outlined in Section 7.

  • Once removed from the Program, the client must complete a Deep Clean detail at the standard rate to re-enroll, and they will lose access to prior benefits.

9. Liability and Responsibility

  • KR AUTO DETAILING is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during detailing services. Clients are advised to remove any valuables or personal belongings prior to their service appointment.

  • KR AUTO DETAILING is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages, or issues in the vehicle that were present before the detailing service. Clients are encouraged to inform KR AUTO DETAILING of any special care needs or concerns before the service.

  • In the event of any accidents, damage, or loss during detailing, KR AUTO DETAILING will evaluate the situation individually and, if applicable, provide compensation in line with the terms of service.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • KR AUTO DETAILING reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next scheduled service.

  • Continued participation in the Program after any changes to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
